The Jacumba Mountains are located in southern California near the U.S. border with Mexico. The mountains lie in a northwest-southeasterly direction east of the In-Ko-Pah Mountains, and north of Interstate 8. The range is approximately 10 miles (16 km) long, and the mountains are located about four miles (6 km) northeast of the town of Jacumba. The mountains reach an elevation of 4,089 feet (1,246 m) at Table Mountain, at the southwestern end of the chain.
The Sawtooth Mountains (California) are to the northeast, and Anza-Borrego Desert State Park due north.
